Talk to your professor
Look in your textbook
Read book chapters, news articles, & websites

Get Specific

List all of the terms you can think of to describe your topic, from broad to narrow
List the types of information you need, i.e. scientific studies, economic factors, etc.
List the kinds of sources you want to read, i.e. books, scholarly articles, newspaper articles, etc.
Start searching and reading!
